The flap also has a high visibility pull tab for opening. The brightly colored tab allows for eas of identifying the quickets access to the tourniquet. The pouch features multiple MOLLE straps both vertically and horizontally on the back to mount onto MOLLE compatible gear in the standard or horizontal positions. The pouch can also be mounted onto your duty belt in the horizontal position.
