Returns Policy
Contact us within 30 days of shipment to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Products must be unused, in factory new condition, and include all their original packaging. Refund will be given as Money Back via the same payment method that was made. The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless unusual circumstances have occurred and you have contacted us for approval and a shipping label. ALL returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any item returned that is not in the same condition shipped (new, unused with all undamaged packaging and documentation) is subject to a deduction up to 100% plus shipping depending on the severity of the damage at our sole discretion.

You should expect to receive your refund within three days of us receiving your package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

The items listed have a flat rate shipping charged attached. If you want to ship outside the continental US, please contact us for rates and shipping times before purchasing.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
